Morning people are productive people who wake up early and follow a routine. There has never been a time when I was ready to take on the world as soon as I got out of bed. Following a busy night the night before, mornings can be challenging.

I usually wake up groggy, confused and frustrated when the alarm clock rings on my cellphone. It takes me twenty minutes to stretch my body before getting out of bed. Prior to going to the bathroom, I need to relax my body. I'm not a morning person but I feel like you need to wake up early to be productive.

Morning is not my thing. The night owl in me loves to stay up all night. Developing the habit of getting up early will take time. Nobody wants to get out of bed at 6 in the morning. A struggle-free morning is what I'm looking for.

In order to become a morning person, you have to change your bad habits and develop a positive mindset. Put yourself on a morning schedule every day. Make the switch from a night owl to a morning person now. Become an early bird with a positive attitude in the morning.

Pick a mandatory out-of-bed time and stick to it.

Decide what time you want to wake up in the morning. Maintain a consistent wake-up time. You're putting your body into a daily routine, and your body will adapt to the schedule. Your body and mind will get used to getting up early five days a week or more. Getting up on time at 6 am or 7 am is the best way to establish a morning routine. It's customizable to your life and goals.

Prep the night before

Make sure you have all your stuff packed the night before. You don't want to look for anything in the morning. It's a fresh start every day when you wake up. The early hours of the morning make it hard to remember all of your responsibilities. Don't stress about anything you need in the morning. Prepare all of your belongings, including your bag, clothes, food, and supplies. Make sure everything is ready for a smooth morning the next day.

Less technology

Social media shouldn't be used in the morning. It's not good for your mental health to be on social media early. People spend more time strolling on social media than on anything else. Using less technology makes your morning run smoother. Social media takes up time and energy in your brain. Be in the moment and live your life not other people's life. Being a morning person involves getting things done in the morning so leave on time.

Be grateful

Wake up and be grateful for another day in your life. This is another morning filled with possibilities. Look around your surroundings and appreciate what you have. You can complete anything with a cup of coffee.

Start your morning with your favourites

Start your day with something that motivates you. Yoga, emails, reading the newspaper, listening to music, taking a shower, or something else can help you start the day off right. Find something to look forward to in the morning. Make your favourite thing motivational to start your day off right.

Give yourself a minute to relax

You should allow yourself some time to relax your body. You need a moment to relax your mind. Mornings can be stressful and confusing. Give yourself two minutes to breathe and think about your next move. I usually sit down for a moment and do nothing.

Create daily rituals

Add a daily ritual to your morning routine. Increasing your productivity in the morning can be as easy as finding something you can do. My daily ritual is using sticky notes to remind me of everyday tasks and goals to do in the morning. Map out your morning and keep a schedule. There are many positive daily rituals you can do including planning your day out, sketching your body, news round-up or you can find your own thing.

Adulthood is not without its hardships

Failure to launch describes a young adult who is struggling to make the transition from childhood to adulthood. Living in today's economy and with high living costs makes it possible to become an adult. Increasingly, young adults are having difficulty launching (or thriving). A lot of young adults remain "stuck" or not developing in a way they think is age-appropriate, and achieving maturity is not easy for them. As we enter adulthood, rites of passage no longer exist as they did two decades ago. Attending college or having a full-time job is not as easy as it seems.

In the current economic climate, it is becoming harder to make it out of our family home. Your life circle plays a part in your life. Your life is a series of choices. Obstacles, barriers, and mistakes all play a role in your life. Adulting will be easier if you have help or an advantage. Starting from scratch by yourself isn't easy for the average person. As an adult, you will face new opportunities and responsibilities that you will have to face regardless of your age.

ADULTHOOD: The new reality

It takes more than just survival to survive as an adult in today's society. In adulthood, achieving results takes more time and effort. There are so many uncertainties that come with being an adult. Growing up and being an adult is a process when you start from zero. I'm still learning about adulthood. Adulthood is less about accomplishing set milestones now than it was in the past. Just realize that adults live their own lives with a job. Sometimes it's happy, sometimes it's not.

Adulthood means being responsible and living in today's world. Digital age technology has created an addiction to social media, the Internet, and the Internet negatively impacts growth. Watching someone adult faster than you online is tough. Successful adults have a guide or a plan. It is about navigating the chaos of society that makes you an adult.
