Goodbye 2023 let's toast for a successful 2024 launch year. I'm so happy that I started Miss Well Energetic this year. What was a challenging but rewarding year for me? I love what I created online, and it was the highlight of my 2024. I can't wait to build my digital lifestyle brand. I'm 28 years old, building my dream career on my own. Miss Well Energetic is my personal alter ego. It's giving Martha Stewart and staying up to date with the latest social media lifestyle trends. Miss is your go-to place for lifestyle and wellness content. As I continue to grow, I will be expanding the content. I'm looking forward to 2024 and the content to create.

Welcome to 2024, and it will be waiting for you. A new year is finally here, and the vibes are so high. I'm ready to reset my life for 2024. This year, I will be starting over from scratch again. Today's climate and high price of living have changed my life forever. My perspective is different, and now I want to live my best life every day. I'm still building my future with what I have right now. 2024 is the girl-boss era. We all are getting everything we deserve in life this year or building to it. This is the opportunity for new intentions and archiving all your goals. 

Making new 2024 rules



Get more sleep and make sleep a priority


Workout weekly - do at-home Pilates 


Eat healthier - eat low-carb and high protein, less sugar and less coffee


Learn something new - scroll on the internet and find a new phase 


Mindfulness - Spend 5 minutes of mindfulness per day 


Read more - than 20 chapters at the end of the week. 


Create a budget - Keep track of spending money 


Gratitude Journal - journal five days a week, no weekend


Create a weekly meal plan


Spend more time with family/friends/ new people


Stop procrastinating 


Get Organized in every aspect of your life 


Live a Healthier lifestyle 


Make new friends 


Reduce stress levels
