Recharging your batteries is so essential for your well-being. When your batteries are running low and you are taped out with anything to give. Recharging your batteries can be a journey to renewing your batteries. During the week, we get busy with school, work and everything else. Renew and recover at the end of the day and over the weekend by relaxing and rewinding. Being on the go can drain your batteries the second of the day. Being drained affects your body and mind in making logical choices. knowing your limits is important, and realizing it's not okay to push yourself. We need to politicize our well-being. Stop everything and recharge your body.

BREAK IT OFF WITH TECHNOLOGY FOR A FEW HOURS

Detox from technology is a mental requirement for all people living in the 21st century. Taking a break from technology is essential for all human beings. Let yourself detox and breathe for more than one hour. Say no to technology and be in the moment. Embrace what you are feeling in the moment and recharge your batteries. I put my cell phone somewhere I can't reach.

WORKOUT FOR THE RUSH

Get the post-workout rush by working out at your local gym or laptop and yoga mat session. The objective is to get that post-exercise rush. You feel good after getting a post-workout rush. The adrenaline rush is a fast-paced, high-intensity interval training workout that loads the body's major muscle groups quickly, raises body temperature and pushes your body's performance to the max according to Darebee.

MOVIE FOR 2HRS

Watching a movie and not doing anything is a recipe for a good time. Doing anything while watching a movie is focusing on something you like

and paying attention to something else. I love rewatching my favourite new movies like Free Guy, The School of Good and Evil, Maid in Manhattan, Jungle Cruise and Through my wind. After the movie, you spent two hours or more escaping will charge your battery. Your body and mind go back to reality and see things more clearly.

DO NOTHING AT HOME

It's okay to have guilt-free lounging to renew your energy. There is something about doing nothing or sitting you're your couch or bed.

It's okay to let time pass by and let go of everything. You can feel your body detoxing and recharging your mind. Recharging your batteries is letting everything go and getting a different perspective.

NATURE, WALK & HIKE

Getting outside and enjoying nature is an essential part of your lifestyle. Let's go for a walk and get hot girl energy. It's necessary to change your surroundings daily. That girl energy involves walking around your community and getting fresh air opens your mind and spirits.  It's a good idea to make walking part of your lifestyle.
