Do It For Yourself: How to show up for yourself every day
It's time to show up for yourself and invest in yourself. Showing up for yourself is doing the work and building on a different aspect of your life. As a woman who has been through a lot of ups and downs in my life. This experience has taught me so much about life, the real world and being an adult. The decision to invest in me is one that I won't ever regret making. My life has been a series of obstacles for me to complete in my time frame. Showing up is a promise that you are making for your future self. I have been going through a phase in my life where all I want to do is invest in myself. Putting the work into yourself is a necessary part of womanhood. Building yourself up can improve your life. When your life is going well, you are high on life. The only way to get there is to put yourself first and keep making promises to yourself. Showing up for yourself is the process of life choices that betters you and only serve you.

1. Commit to habits, practices, routines and rituals that are good for your well-being - even when you do not want to
2. Allow yourself to feel your feelings without labelling them as wrong, bad or terrible as they come.

5. Let yourself start again over and over as often as you need
6. Take care of your practice needs: stay hydrated, get more sleep, move your body, and eat balanced meals.

8. Spending quality time with yourself: reading, writing. Get to know yourself and who you are as a person right now.
9. Use a lens of curiosity and compassion with yourself as often as possible.
10. Remind yourself that you are one of a kind, loved, lucky and thieving. Make yourself a priority in your own life.
