In 2023, I turned 28 years old, and this year is more than a birthday. 
This is a celebration of overcoming a difficult year and many changes in my life. I spent six months of this year as a ghost to get my life together after exiting my job. Now, I’m building my life and my future. I’m celebrating a transformation into the woman I want to be. The struggle is still there, but the mindset is unbreakable. 


Let’s go to Laduree for my Birthday and eat Paris food. Afternoon tea at Laudree Paris at Yorkdale Mall had an aesthetic vibe from the moment you walked in. My mother and l went to Laduree for my Birthday. It was so much fun, and our table was waiting for us. We had so many questions about the menu. We purchased two sets for our afternoon tea, and the food was good. We had a cute waitress who helped and set up the table beautifully. The only problem is the food was so small. I wished that I had two more sandwiches as part of afternoon tea. 


I enjoyed the French pastries. During afternoon tea, I took so many photos like an influencer. My favourite food was the lemon loaf, savory tartlets and ham and Swiss cheese sandwich. This was my first time actually enjoying my birthday. Being older, I see things so differently. My almost 30 adventure starts now.
