December Audit: Reflect & Set Intentions

✨ STEP 1: Set the Mood (5–10 minutes)

This is a gentle audit, not self-criticism.

• Make tea / coffee

• Light a candle or play soft music

• Grab a notebook or Notes app

• Tell yourself: “I’m observing, not judging.”

✨ STEP 2: Reflect on the Year (Look Back)

Answer honestly — short sentences are enough.

🌱 Life

• What did I survive this year?

• What did I learn about myself?

• What drained me the most?

• What brought me peace (even briefly)?

💼 Work / Money

• What worked financially?

• What didn’t?

• How did I handle uncertainty or stress?

• One money habit I want to improve:

💖 Relationships (including yourself)

• Who showed up for me?

• Where did I over give?

• Did I treat myself kindly?

• How did I speak to myself?

🧠 Mental & Physical Health

• What habits helped me feel better?

• What habits hurt me?

• When did I feel most like myself?

📌 Circle patterns, not mistakes.

✨ STEP 3: The “Let Go” List

Write these and mean it:

• Habits I’m leaving behind:

• Thoughts I’m done entertaining:

• People/energy I’m releasing:

• Unrealistic expectations of myself:

Example:

“I release the pressure to have everything figured out by 30.”

✨ STEP 4: Identify Your Core Theme for Next Year

Choose ONE word or phrase (this matters more than goals).

Examples:

• Stability

• Soft discipline

• Self-trust

• Quiet confidence

• Consistency > perfection

•Peace over pressure

Ask yourself:

👉 “What do I need more of?”

Write it big on the page.

✨ STEP 5: Set Intentions (Not Resolutions)

Intentions = how you want to live, not what you must achieve.

Use this formula:

“I intend to ___ by ___.”

Examples:

• I intend to care for my body by moving gently but consistently.

• I intend to respect my finances by tracking my spending monthly.

• I intend to choose environments that feel calm and supportive.

• I intend to build a career path slowly but steadily.

Limit yourself to 5 intentions max.

✨ STEP 6: Create Your “Non-Negotiables”

These are small anchors that keep you grounded.

Examples:

• Morning routine (even 10 minutes)

• Weekly reset day

• One daily walk

• Monthly money check-in

• Saying no without explaining

These should feel realistic, not aspirational.

✨ STEP 7: Visualize Your Next Version (5 minutes)

Close your eyes and imagine:

• How does she start her mornings?

• What does her space feel like?

• How does she talk to herself?

   • What does she no longer tolerate?

Write a short paragraph:

“Next year, I am becoming a woman who…”

✨ STEP 8: Seal the Audit

End with one sentence:

“This season of my life is about ___.”

Sign your name and the date.

✨ OPTIONAL: December Reset Ritual

• Clean one drawer or corner

  • Delete old photos/screenshots

• Unfollow accounts that make you feel behind

• Write a letter to your past self and thank her
