Here’s a simple guide to start practicing meditation:

1.  Find a Quiet Space
Choose a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed.

 2. Get Comfortable
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. You can sit cross-legged on the floor, in a chair, or lie down flat.

3. Focus on Your Breath
Close your eyes and take slow, deep breaths. Focus on the sensation of the air moving in and out of your body.

4. Be Present
If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your focus back to your breath. Don’t worry about trying to “clear” your mind; simply observe your thoughts without judgment.

5. Start Small
Begin with 5–10 minutes per day. Gradually increase the time as you get more comfortable with the practice.

6. Try a Guided Meditation
You can use apps or videos to follow along with guided meditations if you need more structure.

7. Be Consistent
Make meditation a daily habit for the best results.
