🌿 MID-YEAR RESET PLAN
Reflect. Reassess. Realign. Refocus.
This is your June-July “half-year check-in” so you don’t finish the year on autopilot. You’ll slow down, evaluate, and come back with purpose.
🧠 STEP 1: REFLECT
→ Look back and learn from the past 6 months.
🔹 Why it matters:
You can’t move forward with clarity if you don’t look back with honesty.

Grab a journal or digital notes and answer:

• What am I most proud of so far this year?
• What habits have helped me feel my best?
• What made me feel stuck, drained, or lost?
• What surprised me? What did I outgrow?
• How have I changed emotionally, mentally, physically?
• What would I do differently if I started 2025 tomorrow?

Rate 1–10 and write 1-2 sentences about each:

🔍 STEP 2: REASSESS
→ Reevaluate your goals, systems, values & priorities.

• Which goals are still aligned with who you are now?
• Which ones feel forced or irrelevant?
• Which ones are unfinished but energizing?
• What would success look and feel like by December?

• What matters most to me right now?
• Where am I making progress just for the sake of “achievement” vs. true fulfillment?
• Where do I need to slow down?
• What systems (not just goals) need to change?

•What are my values right now?

• Am I honoring these values with my daily choices?

→ Align your goals, time, and energy with the version of you that you are becoming.

→ Get clear, intentional, and disciplined about what’s next.

This is where intention becomes structure. Without refocus, everything remains a “vibe” with no direction.

Split the rest of the year into 2 mini seasons:
